Tel-bureau handles millions of telephone calls each month, so enabling the end-user to benefit from wholesale rates with absolutely no compromise on quality.

Because service supply and reliability are all just as important as the price you pay, we only use the very best networks (Tier 1 carriers) to carry your calls.  The quality of service you receive will only be enhanced.

We will professionally manage the whole process for you, making it easier and faster for you to enjoy savings and superior management

  • You will not have to change your existing telephone number.

  • Additional services you have with BT such as call minder,
    1471, 1571 will not be affected.

  • You will receive your new Tel-bureau bill monthly and you have the option of receiving it on paper or through our  e-billing service.

  • There is no minimum contract period so if you should choose to opt for another service, you can!

  • You will always enjoy a substantial saving over BT standard call charges.
    Tel-bureau do not require you to hit a minimum threshold to enjoy your savings.

  • Your account will be regularly reviewed to ensure that Tel-bureau are offering you the best product portfolio and pricing.

  • Quantifiably lower pricing as our calling plans are designed round the requirements of business customers - with competitive peak rate call prices for the key destinations.  We pass on to you the cost benefits of our purchasing power as a major Tier 1 distributor.

  • You receive a free monthly management report, itemising calls and showing graphically the savings made. Our report has sections listing expensive calls, charges by country, charges by line, etc.

  • All calls on all lines are billed on the one invoice each month saving you considerable time in processing accounts

  • Calls to certain destinations can be blocked - premium rate calls, fraud-risk countries, etc

  • Calls can be blocked on network to numbers that have opted out under the Telephone Preference Service – ensuring full legal compliance for anyone making outbound telemarketing calls

  • Calls can be recorded and stored securely on-network. This gives you call recording without the expense of an in-house call recorder. Playback is available to any authorised user over an internet browser interface.

  • Call-alert – be notified of any call lasting longer than 60 minutes or costing more than £5 by email, within 48 hours of the call being made.  Nip potential fraudulent use in the bud.

 

Sherlock™, the Bespoke Management Reporting Software is FREE to all new customers

Also provided free of charge to all new customers of Tel-bureau is our Sherlock™ call management software.  This powerful management tool allows end-users to generate customized billing reports to suit their specific needs, perform detailed analysis of cost centres, track trends in expenditure; in short, create their own billing reports on an infinitely bespoke basis. 

Sherlock™ has been designed to compete against rival products such as BT OneBill Plus in terms of its power, yet to operate more intuitively (and run more quickly) as a user-friendly product – putting YOU in control.  We offer free training and ongoing software upgrades to those customers so requiring this service….
