PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network) is the analogue network for business customers in the UK. Analogue lines are single lines that are primarily used for making voice calls, connecting to fax machines, and connecting to a modem for dial up internet. Most Broadband connections ‘sit on top’ of a standard analogue line, which can also be used for making simultaneous voice calls.
Tel-bureau can install new PSTN lines to business customers in less than 20 working days. A BT engineer will arrive and fit the equipment accordingly, in accordance with OFCOM standards.
Transferring your analogue lines to Tel-bureau takes a maximum 15 working days and is completely free.
We also fully support all standards of ISDN lines (Integrated Services Digital Network), variously including ISDN2 / 2e, “BT Business Highway”, ISDN 30 / DASS 3 / Primary Rate etc.
